Welcome to Keepshape Appliances & Renewable Energy. These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases, services, and interactions with our brand—whether in-store, online, or via WhatsApp. By engaging with us, you agree to the following: 1. Introduction Keepshape (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides solar, appliances, furniture, hardware, and related services across Zimbabwe. These terms apply to all customers (“you”) and transactions. 2. Product Information •Product specs, images, and pricing may change without notice. •We strive for accuracy but reserve the right to correct errors or cancel affected orders. 3. Pricing & Payment •All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. •Accepted payment methods: cash, EcoCash, ZIPIT, bank transfer, and approved civil service credit. •Full payment is required before delivery or collection unless otherwise agreed in writing. •Prices may adjust due to exchange rates, supplier changes, or promotions. 4. Civil Service Credit Sales •Credit purchases require employment verification and credit assessment. •Keepshape may approve, decline, or adjust terms at its discretion. •Late payments may result in penalties or suspension of credit privileges. 5. Delivery & Collection •Delivery is available nationwide and may incur additional charges. •Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but may vary. •Inspect goods upon delivery or collection and report issues within 48 hours. 6. Returns & Exchanges •Returns accepted within 7 days for unused items in original packaging with proof of purchase. •Electrical and solar items may be tested before approval. •Custom orders, clearance items, and consumables are non-returnable unless defective. 7. Warranty •Most products carry a manufacturer’s warranty (6–24 months). •Claims require proof of purchase and may involve inspection or repair. •Warranty excludes misuse, physical damage, or unauthorized modifications. 8. Installation & Support •Installation services available for selected products (e.g., solar systems, borehole pumps). •Technical support is available via our branches and WhatsApp during business hours. 9. Intellectual Property All Keepshape branding, flyers, carousels, and documentation are protected. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited. 10. Limitation of Liability Keepshape is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the value of the purchased item. 11. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation or arbitration under Zimbabwean law. 📞 Need Help?
